


Run the file from the download folder and, when prompted, select the same folder. When prompted by Visual Basic Runtime Files to do so, choose "Save this program to disk" and click "OK." Then choose the folder you just created on your PC. Then click the link to start the download. What you'll first need to do is create a download folder on your computer. If this is not the case for you, to allow the program to work, you must download and install these Visual Basic Runtime Files independently to the destination computer. This library is installed on the client computer during the setup process.

Generally speaking, Visual Basic contains the runtime library you need to get the program working on its own.
